An authorized Velocity REOs agent will arrive to provide a status update on the progress or stage of completion on the construction of a new home.

Inspections will include images of: building permits, notices, builder's signage and any additional paperwork. In addition, several exterior and interior photos will be included which clearly show the progress of the construction development. We will also include if applicable: central air unit, pool, pool pump, hot tub, deck, balcony, garage, etc.
