Before submitting your application, ensure you possess the required skills and equipment for the position. It is essential that you have:- An effective camera (Smartphones and iPhones are suitable).
- Understanding of the basics of digital photography, including image resolution.
- Dependable means of transportation.
- Access to a GPS (Global Positioning System).
- A computer with fast Internet connectivity.
- Familiarity with how to upload images to our site at a resolution of 1280 x 960 (higher resolutions are allowed but may slow your upload speed).
- The capability to send emails from your mobile device.
- Strong communication abilities.
- The capacity to adhere to guidelines.

- You are in control of your work. When an order is received, you take charge. You can review the order’s details and decide to either accept or decline it.

Our Work Process

1. You have the power to manage your own schedule and time. You dictate your availability by choosing to indicate your status as “available” or “unavailable.”
2. When you are available, we will send you email notifications about work order offers, which will also be visible on the “Homepage” of your Velocity REOs, Inc field agent portal. Review the offer details and decide whether to accept or decline it. Compensation for each job varies based on the complexity of the order and is clearly displayed as soon as you start the registration process.
3. Upon receiving an order, you must promptly inform us if you intend to complete the task or not. You must be available to respond to an order within three hours during the hours of 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM in the time zone relevant to the order.
4. If we do not receive a response from you, we will quickly reassign the task to another contractor.
5. The order assigned to you will correspond to the zip code you wish to cover. If the zip code falls outside the area you want to service, the order may offer a higher payment. In cases where multiple contractors are serving the same zip code, a rotating system will be implemented. However, contractors with a higher “grade” will be prioritized.
6. The contractor who holds the highest grade (seniority) will receive preference. You will earn this grade by professionally servicing your area, completing your orders punctually, and providing only high quality images to our customers.
7. Orders assigned to you must be completed within 30 hours, or as specified in the work order.
8. Images will be manually reviewed by our processing department.
9. Once your order is approved, it will be forwarded to your payments page.
Receiving Payment
We ensure prompt and timely payments to our contractors; however, the payment amounts may differ. Due to the fluctuating number of orders we receive, we cannot assure a consistent volume of work (or income).
- Payments are made exclusively via PayPal. If you accumulate more than $40.00 by Friday at 12:00 PM (EST), your PayPal payment will be processed by 2:00 PM (EST) on the same day.
- Regrettably, we cannot assure or predict the number of orders you may receive. There may be times when there are no orders in your area for several days or weeks, while at other times, you might be offered anywhere from 12 to 40 sets in a single day.

1. You are required to submit a sample set of seven photographs within 30 hours of registering with us.
Please do not register if you are unable to provide a sample photo set within the specified timeframe.
2. A sample set should contain seven photographs of any property. Detailed instructions can be found on the Examples page. Make sure to watch the provided video for guidance on this process.
3. Once you comprehend the instructions, capture a photo set of any house, log in to your new account, and upload them.
4. Our system will automatically recognize when a sample set has been uploaded.
5. It will subsequently be sent to our team for examination. Reviews of new registrations may take up to 2 business days.
6. Please refrain from calling our offices to inquire about the approval status of your sample set. We will reach out to you via email regarding your acceptance as a Velocity REOs Field Agent.

The first 2 weeks orders were slow. I received about 3 orders the first week. The 2nd week got a little better, about 8. It was easy work and they paid on Friday as promised. I have been with them for over 2 years now and the work spikes up to about 30 to 50 orders per week. Slow months are December. some weeks were as low as 15 orders. The pay has never been late. I now get paid on Fridays almost exactly at 1PM through Paypal. Velocity REOs pay the Paypal fees. The most I made was a little over $800 in a week last November, 2012. The job works well with my other job. Sometimes my wife takes the photos while I work at my other job. They are professional and a simple company to do business with.
